Winter at Bondone is characterized by unspoiled nature, relaxation, beautiful slopes, fun for young people and families. An atmosphere that you can really breathe in "Open Sky"!
The Monte Bondone ski area extends over two sides: the north one which starts from 1300 meters above sea level in Vaneze up to 2098 meters above the Palon peak, and the west side which with the splendid Rocce Rosse slope descends to 1180 meters. The wide and sunny slopes guarantee pure fun for all skiers of different skills.
Alpine skiing lovers have at their disposal a ski area of over 70 hectares of skiable surface, with 20 kilometers of very wide slopes. And for those who are not satisfied with skiing during the day, two evenings a week the lifts will also be open in the evening.
The Skiarea boasts descents for all levels of difficulty: from the 4 kilometers of pure adrenaline of the Gran Pista - through meadows and forests of conifers and birches, served by the Rocce Rosse chairlift which with its 809 meters of altitude difference covered in just over 7 minutes is the chairlift with the greatest difference in height in all of Europe - to the splendid baby slopes, all always perfectly covered with snow, also thanks to the programmed snowmaking system that covers 100% of all the slopes of the ski area.
The area is served by 4 chairlifts that cover the two sides of the mountain including the Montesel chairlift: a modern six-seater chairlift with automatic coupling that is located in a crucial junction of the ski area and which in a very short time leads to an altitude of 1726 m. above sea level. The facility serves more slopes and is in operation during the winter season even at night during the "Happy Snow" evenings.
